A collcetion of things which have to be done for the renamin of Openser to Kamailio

     * change http://www.kamailio.org/docs/db-tables/openser-db-devel.html to http://www.kamailio.org/docs/db-tables/kamailio-db-devel.html
     * change all links to kamailio.org, change the logo, ...
  * change 
  * rename Perl library namespace (this breaks all existing perl moduls, symlinks does not help here)
  * SNMP MIB
  * Default DB name, usernames and password
  * update etc/tls: create new default certificates
  * do we need to change some defines? eg: OPENSER_OID, OSER ...

Note: Lets try to rename without using the application's name, e.g: openserro -> ro_user
