i thought you already wrote this script to convert the XML to man. We also did
not check the man pages in (they can be easily generated from the XML
source), so is there anything else missing in the SER for this?

Manually and over time.
as i already mentioned, it is not long ago when we made a big
reformatting effort of k modules. it is not good use of time to start it
again.
