I just tried the current master (commit: 4efe19f64d8).
I see that the request is not sent out by Kamailio at all.

The expected path: Asterisk (10.28.80.47) ->
Kamailio(10.28.80.47)--Kamailio(192.168.9.103)->SIPPhone(192.168.0.178)
In reality, the message is accepted by Kamailio at 10.28.80.47 and not set out.
Like in v. 5.2, the messages are forwarded correctly if I remove the 'listen'
parameters.
