Sorry to comment on a closed ticket, but this problem is happening again for the 5.2.8
version from the
rpm.kamailio.org/centos repo. Looks like the fix was reverted
somehow....
# yum install kamailio-sipcapture-daemon-config

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
