in kamailio_3.0/Makefile if remove utils/kamctl from line
C_INSTALL_UTILS= utils/kamctl
still files kamctl/kamdbctl.mysql and kamctl/kamctl.mysqld get installed. this looks to me like a bug in Makefile.
