This is actually a fix -- without this patch, kamailio cannot be used with latest postgres db server, partition being a reserved keyword there and not allowed to be used directly as column name in queries. Then the other column names can be set via modparams, this one was overlooked -- if you look at the C patch, it's only a line exporting a param corresponding to the internal variable for the column name.
