That doesn't need to happen, only a good gateway needs to exist. Be it
Kamailio, Asterisk, or whatever.
A legacy SIP client will not interoperate with a WebRTC browser in the
media plane. There is nothing Kamailio (a SIP proxy) can do to "solve"
that.
