[sr-dev] Guidelines to upgrade to 4.0.0

Hello, the wiki page collecting the guidelines for upgrading from 3.3.x to 4.0.0 is available at: - http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/install/upgrade/3.3.x-to-4.0.0 I just added the SQL statements needed to upgrade the MySQL database, but there is lot of other stuff to be added. Hopefully, anyone noticing changes will add few notes and instructions about how to upgrade. The wiki can be edited if you make an account, it is not required to be a developer to add notes to this page. Would be great if users of postgres will add the sql statements specific for this database type.
