there exist some mediaproxy-ng from sipwise
i cant find official homepage/repository
it will be great if we can publish some comparison on kamailio website -

mediaproxy
module. The development team no longer supports Kamailio and I think
the module doesn't support recent releases of the mediaproxy.

mentioned, i have been using mediaproxy module successfully
for years, but i'm not using dialog module dependent engage_mediaproxy
function. use_media_proxy and end_media_session functions work fine for
me.
