I ended up figuring out that the WITH_MSILO defines are no longer included.

You're correct in that the documentation for Msilo in 4.1.1 no longer mentions WITH_MSILO, but given that there are very few tutorials out there in configuring Msilo, and the few that exist still reference WITH_MSILO, I think this will lead to a great deal of confusion.

Would it be too much to ask to post a working Kamailio 4.1.1 default config with msilo properly implemented? I think that would help out a lot of people that are just getting started with Kamailio and may end up following outdated tutorials.

The msilo module is not deprecated, but not configured in the default config of kamailio, you have to add it yourself.
