Pre-Submission Checklist

• Commit message has the format required by CONTRIBUTING guide
• Commits are split per component (core, individual modules, libs, utils, ...)

  in doc/ subfolder, the README file is autogenerated)

• PR should be backported to stable branches
• Tested changes locally
• Related to issue #XXXX (replace XXXX with an open issue number)

Description

This RPC command will help us to find out whether call is alive or not. Basically this command will return error if call is not alive (confirmed) else it will return string with dialog is alive.
