Just another proposal to restrict command-line switch diversity:
Distinguish between -V to show basic information, -VV to show some more, -VVV even more,
and so on, and tell people to use so many Vs. IMHO, this would be in line with how the -d
switch works.
And remove/rename -v to avoid people (like me) starting Kamailio
although they only want to know the version :-)
