The database support in pipelimit seems like a good idea, but there's no reload RPC
command. Is there a reason for this? WIll it not work if we implement it?
I would like to be able to change the pipes during runtime.

These get repeated for every timer run. The source code seems to indicate that someone
worked
on a way to push this information over the ctl connection.
