I don't think I am able to recreate this any more. We were using freeswitch as a webrtc server but it had its own issues so we tried to use kamailio as a substitute for that and that's when we saw this lot. I've subsequently chased the freeswitch bug (their bug #2283) through and they have fixed their issues and we are back using that as our webrtc server. I guess that if you really need a guinea pig to test this I could resurrect the kamailio VM we were using and switch it in overnight when it's barely used and see how it holds up.
