I remember some discussions about how to handle
string versus integer
AVPs, but I don't remember all the details.
I prefer to use int AVPs (my understanding - in kamailio 1.5 - was
that int AVPs were faster then str AVPs).
there was some discussion about this earlier and jan said that there is
not much speed difference between int or string named avps. int named
avps are still supported in sr. i too use some int named avp names, but
for other than performance reasons.
