I have tried this commit and now see

-- Installing: /root/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/kamailio-6.1.0-dev0.0.el9.centos.x86_64/usr/lib64/kamailio/kamctl/kamctl.dbtext
-- Installing: /root/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/kamailio-6.1.0-dev0.0.el9.centos.x86_64/usr/lib64/kamailio/kamctl/kamdbctl.dbtext
CMake Error at redhat-linux-build/src/modules/db_text/cmake_install.cmake:54 (file):
