pv(k): new PV class to select next hop attributes
- use dst_uri if set otherwise new r-uri or original r-uri
- $nh(u) - uri
- $nh(U) - username
- $nh(d) - domain
- $nh(p) - port
- $nh(P) - protocol
Are they read-only or read-write?
