I removed expires_offset so now i have:
#modparam("presence", "expires_offset", 60)
modparam("presence", "subscribe_expires_offset", 60)
I will test the following on our staging
modparam("presence", "expires_offset", 120)
#modparam("presence", "subscribe_expires_offset", 60)
