The newer versions introduced a check to avoid double headers in locally generated CANCEL or ACK, so you hit that and revealed an issue on tm module internal lightweight parser that tries to identify only the headers that have to be propagated from INVITE to CANCEL in this case. Prior the commit referenced above, the tm lightweight parser was indeed matching some headers on prefix. Can you test with master branch or with the patch referenced above and see if it works fine by using `From-Person` header?
