I found something I think that is similar with UPDATEs and was able to handle in-dialog
UPDATEs with TOPOS by adding `UPDATE` to the list of methods that get `record_route()` in
`route[WITHINDLG]`, along with `NOTIFY` and `REFER`:

if(is_method("BYE")) {
setflag(FLT_ACC); # do accounting ...
setflag(FLT_ACCFAILED); # ... even if the transaction fails

route(RTPENGINE_MANAGE);
} else if(is_method("NOTIFY|REFER|UPDATE")) {

}
...
