Ok, I've looked at the code in master and found commit
3fe7fd27605ed9f506a95d11d4c88b78f22eadd1, which fixes exactly this issue. It doesn't
seem however to be in 4.3.4 as you mentioned, since the commit is dated Nov 27 and 4.3.4
is dated Nov 25.
