The README file should not be changed directly, you have to update the content xml docbook files in the doc/ subfolder of the module.
Also format the first line of the commit message according to the contributing guidelines:
* https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio/blob/master/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md#com...
You can force push to your branch with unchanged README and updated xml files, or close this PR and make a new one.
