Commit message has the format required by CONTRIBUTING guide

No commits to README files for modules (changes must be done to docbook files
in doc/ subfolder, the README file is autogenerated)

Description

Add kemi xlog function to be able to log in other facilities other than the default one. Can this be backported to 5.6 and 5.7?
