Checking a bit again on this issue, it might be due to the http response you get. You say it is specific only to an URL, otherwise you can't reproduce it.

In the trace you pasted with the http response, the content-length is 15, but the body size seems different, as it is 'GRIM SCOTT'. Is it like that or the trace is incomplete?
