branch is sr_3.0 and the one that i built on oct 12 works ok. the one that i build today, generates garbage. i don't remember making any changes in config file.
I don't know if it helps, but you may want to try to use git-bisect to find the commit which causes the problem. See man git-bisect for details and examples.
I haven't tried to use this on the sip-router repository yet so I cannot give you an exact example.
