RFC 5626 support is currently being added to the JAIN SIP stack, which
is the basis for many Java SIP products including Mobicents (and Jitsi I
believe?). So we should see it appearing in derived products in the near
future.

I hope Blink (and maybe other softphones running on Linux) would upgrade soon.
So, RFC 5626 is the solution for lot of common
problems today and IMHO
it's a good specification. Many devices are already implementing them.
