Try to set debug=3 in kamailio.cfg and see if you get further details via the DEBUG
messages.
I blind shoot, maybe the libssl you have is no longer supporting sslv23, try to set method
to TLSv1+.
The other suggestion, be sure that the files with the certificates are having the proper
access rights and format.
