[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] IMS register fail for AAASendMessage() Can't find a suitable connected peer in the routing table. (Issue #3879)

I made a test ：Several volte mobile accessed into eNB, some of them made call and hung up periodically . After some time, ims registrations all failed.
