@sergey-safarov could you retry with the following change in lost_get_from_header

	if(parse_headers(msg, HDR_EOH_F, 0) == -1) {
		LM_ERR("failed to parse SIP headers\n");
		return res;
	}

basically replacing the flag HDR_FROM_F with HDR_EOH_F
