Just realized that I had this very same issue... I registered myself
around 2 hours after this e-mail.
As anonymous I can open tasks, not registered.

Anybody can create new tasks now, maybe you tried it while I was changing the
configuration of the project, please try again.
Also, you now have admin rights.
