Hi Adrien,
i don't know if there is one changelog file for the complete differences
between 0.9.5 and SER 2.0. But i think you could look at the changelogs of
each major release that were in between (e.g. 1.X up to 2.0), and also at the
NEWS file in the 2.0 release.
