ok, the issue was found, this happens only on kamailio < 5 if param 3 was not present. Looks like in branch 5 it was fixed, because no coredump in any scenario. Anyway, as workaround: https://github.com/sipcapture/homer-api/blob/master/examples/sipcapture/sipcapture.kamailio#L278
I will check if we can fix it in the code for 4.x
