[sr-dev] New GeoIP2 Module on Debian

Hi, the current master fails to compile on Debian: CC (gcc) [M geoip2.so] geoip2_mod.o In file included from geoip2_mod.c:34:0: geoip2_pv.h:26:23: fatal error: maxminddb.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated. make[1]: *** [geoip2_mod.o] Error 1 make: *** [modules] Error 1 As a result, also current Debian-Package builds fail as a result. I was not able to find any possibly Debian-Packages to solve this; the "old" geoip module compiles without any issues.
