Just an update, we have just restarted the SBC with the new Kamailio build using OpenSSL v1.0:

Now to wait and see if it reproduces. We have 2 SBCs, both Debian9+Kamailio5.0.2:

voicesbc1: Kamailio compiled with OpenSSL v1.0 voicesbc2: Kamailio compiled with OpenSSL v1.1

Until now, we have had to restart kamailio every time the issue appeared on any/both servers, let's see what happens in the next couple days.
