The backtrace shows the kamailio processes waiting in recvfrom or epoll wait, meaning they are not in a deadlock, just waiting for data on the network.
Maybe there is a firewall or other system rule (e.g., conntrack, selinux) that blocks the SIP traffic after a while.
Anyhow, it does not indicate at this moment any potential bug in the C code. Email to sr-users@lists.kamailio.org to get hints about what could be wrong with your local configuration.
