#### Description <!-- Describe your changes in detail --> Noticed that kafka.so is not included in any existing deb packages. However, librdkafka-dev is generally available library in debian.

I've added deb package build for "kamailio-kafka-modules", for bullseye, bookworm and sid. Maybe this can be backported to at least 5.8 stable branch?! You can view, comment on, or merge this pull request online at:
