Details - This patch allows by a RPC command to reset the message sequential numbering
(msg->id).
I use this on my unit testing framework. I relay on the numbering of the messages and need
not to restart kamailio for every test I make. I'm getting errors with fifo if I
restart kamailio every 10 secs.
will this change affect other parts of kamailio?
