I have attached a patch for pua_dialoginfo I have created during the last days - it makes it possible to set the publish R-URIs (Presentity-URIs) via AVPs. If multiple AVPs are present (same name/different indexes) for each uri a publish-req is generated. Further details are stated in the module doc file, which is also updated by the patch.
