core: support to asign names to listen sockets

- full format: listen=proto:address:port advertise address:port name string - example: listen=udp:10.0.0.10:5060 advertise 1.2.3.4:5060 name "sock1" - the value for the name has to be enclosed in quotes - name can be provided also when advertise is not needed
