short note for developers about membership visibility to a GitHub project - by default the membership is not visible, if you want to turn it on, see the guidelines at:

This is for the case when you are not logged in (or for people not part of the project) -- in other words, turn it on if you want your github public profile to show you are developer of Kamailio project.
