What to do with mi field in struct module_exports? Should it be
removed too?

It should be removed, but along with it there are few other fields that
should be removed because they are not used for long time -- iirc, stats
field and perhaps the procs inside kam_module_exports structure.
Should be fine to do it during the testing period.
