app_lua: use kamailio embeded interface to export KSR object

- KSR is an hash table exported to Lua to host functions from Kamailio core and modules - now dbg(txt), err(txt) and info(txt) were exported - in a lua script, can be used like:

KSR.info("message from lua\n");
