Module cdp doesn't load on ubuntu (using trusty 14.04 here) - it fails with the following error:

Apr 5 19:31:46 ims kamailio: ERROR: <core> [sr_module.c:599]: load_module(): ERROR: load_module: could not open module </usr/lib64/kamailio/modules/cdp.so>: /usr/lib64/kamailio/modules/cdp.so: undefined symbol: sem_post

I found other people had this problem, in this thread a fix is proposed: http://lists.berlios.de/pipermail/openimscore-users/2011-December/007219.htm...

I tried the same change and it fixes the issue for me.
