There's no kamailio and asterisk integration per se. It seems that You followed the [asipto howto](https://kb.asipto.com/asterisk:realtime:kamailio-4.0.x-asterisk-11.3.0-astdb), and that's fine but please don't complain about lack of documentation for upgrades between kamailio versions.
