#### Description <!-- Describe your changes in detail --> When old (maybe forgotten) Contacts expire in S-CSCF, then current - wanted - calls will be deleted, which is not wanted. Reason is the usage of "=" Operator instead "==" Operator in ims_usrloc_scscf module.
