hola a todos... he instalado y actualizado ruby, pero cuando intento intalar rubygems-1.0.1 pero cuando hago: # ruby setup.rb
me sale el siguiente mensaje:

he seguido las intrucciones que hay en rubyonrailsorg y no se que hacer...
