Just to wish you a happy and prosperous new year.
May it be a year of more features for the SER router.
Thanks,

Hi,
I compiled ser 0.8.12 (release from cvs) on solaris 9, and I noticed that by
default mysql is never compiled.
I forced its compilation, and then I installed it manually in the runtime
modules directory.
When I run ser with the -c argument, it gives me this error message:
0(18375) loading module /usr/local/lib/ser/modules/mysql.so
0(18375) ERROR: load_module: could not open module
</usr/local/lib/ser/modules/mysql.so>: ld.so.1: ./ser: fatal: relocation
error: file /usr/local/lib/ser/modules/mysql.so: symbol floor: referenced
symbol not found
0(18375) parse error (50,13-49): failed to load module
All other modules loaded ok.
Here's more info on my config:
# ./ser -V
version: ser 0.8.12-tcp_nonb (sparc64/solaris)
flags: STATS:Off, USE_IPV6, USE_TCP, DISABLE_NAGLE, DNS_IP_HACK, SHM_MEM,

@(#) $Id: main.c,v 1.168.4.1 2003/11/26 23:45:50 andrei Exp $
main.c compiled on 16:55:21 Dec 28 2003 with gcc 3.3
uname -a gives:
SunOS blade 5.9 Generic sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Blade-100
Any idea why I'm getting this error?
I ran ld.so.1 in debug mode, and I see the relocation of different symbols
of mysql.so then this error.
Samy.
Oh ya, I forgot to say. I am getting codes 200 now instead of 404's.. so something is close to right!

Hello Greg,
OSS CDRTool http://www.ag-projects.com/#CDRtool can provide web based
real time Rated CDRs and low level traces from SER, Asterisk and Cisco
gateways.
Setting up fallback carriers and the ATAs is no problem either. You can
contact us directly by sip:ag@ag-projects.com or phone +31-20-8005299

Call me a noob, but I'm having similar problems as Jon mentions in his
original post, albeit limited to one file: preload.js.
I suspect the preload.js plays a part in accepting anything that is entered in
whatever html form that is within SerWeb.
The admin logon screen returns empty when I fillout the username/password and
hit the Login button.
Then, I hardcoded my username/password in index.php, and got in. Alas, in
every subsequent form, the data I submit is not processed. Same applies to
the page where you can register yourself as a new user.
I've gone through all available documentation, but can't find any mention of
preload.js. This is the only 404 error I see in apache's access_log. The file
simply is not on my system.
I'm running Slackware 9.1 with Apache/1.3.28
I suspect there is no mention about preload.js in any documentation, because
it is assumed it should be on any system. Question then is, with what package
should it have been installed, apache? php?
I would appreciate it if someone could give me a nudge in the right direction,
in particular:
Is my conclusion correct? Is preload.js required for form-data submittal?
Where/how to obtain preload.js ?
Where to put it once I have it ?
Kind regards,
Leo
Hello,
I have installed cisco phone (7960) and another SIP phone in the local
network which is behind firewall.
I'm able to register both the phones with different usernames of iptel.org
I have tested both the phones seperately with echo tester. Thats working.
But, I am not able to make call from cisco phone to my sip phone and vice
versa.
I am not getting any response for the invite. Not even 100 trying.
Is it because both the phones are working behind nat/firewall or some other
reason.
can anybody in the public ip try san(a)iptel.org <mailto:san@iptel.org> or
dheeraj(a)iptel.org <mailto:dheeraj@iptel.org> ..?
Kind Regards,
Santhosh.S
No idea. You have to write down your problems a little bit more precise!
What means all sounds? The dial-tone at the caller or the ringing tone
at the callee?
I'm also not sure if the problem is your asterisk or ser configuration
as I don't know your configuration.
Which UAs do you use? Softphone? Hardphones?
regards,
Klaus
