SER's acc module fails to load due to the error message in the subject.
If I comment the line which loads acc (and related lines) in the ser.cfg
file, the rest loads just fine.
I have done many searches on this topic and since I am not finding much
discussion on this topic, makes me think that I might be one of the very few
who ran in to this problem.
I think this is my second posting and I really hope someone could share some
hints on this so that I don't bang my head against the walls. Nae, I wont.
Thanks
MS

Does SER support silence suppression? Our pain in the neck provider is
threatening to cancel us because Asterisk doesn't support this idiotic
feature (which shouldn't be used anyway).

Is there any chance that someone could send me a SER config file or some tip
on how to put things together in this scenario?

Hello,
is there a possibility to reload the ser.cfg without killing the ser
process, thus killing all stateful forwarding information?
Is killall -HUP working?

I understand that the Remote-Party-ID header inserted by a Cisco
UA needs to be removed in order for a SER inserted one after
authentication to be useful. I can't find a command to do this.
Can anyone point me to one or must I write a script?
Thanks.

Use remove_hf("HEADER_FIELD_NAME") to remove header fields of your choice.
(textops module).

I am running Ser 0.8.12 using PostgreSQL. I am using a regular table as the
location table and a SQL view as the alias table and configured Ser like
this:
modparam("usrloc", "db_mode", 1)
modparam("usrloc", "db_url", "sql://*********" )
modparam("usrloc", "timer_interval", 30 )
Location lookup works fine. But when I make changes to the alias view Ser
seems to never update its internal database to reflect the changes in the
database. Only after restarting Ser it is being updated.
Anyone has experienced this before?
