I must have misunderstood your intended meaning of "user-defined."
$hdr(...) takes only string literals as arguments, not pseudovariables.
I do not believe that what you are wanting is possible.

Dear all,
I'm having difficulties in the dialplan module. My problem is in the regular
expressions added to the database. I tried some examples from previous users
but they don't work for me.
example:
dpid 10
pr 100
match_op 0
match_exp ^123(.*)$
match_len 0
subst_exp ^123
repl_exp 0030
Previous example from Daniel that I found in user lists:
s/subst_exp/repl_exp/
subst_exp - is regular expression that can be used to group parts of the input
repl_exp - is used to build the output
Example: you want to remove the first 0 and prefix +44 to a number:
subst_exp=^0(.+)$
repl_exp=+44\1
Can someone provide an example that works with the latest kamailio please?
Also where I can find more docs about dialplan?
Thank you all
Alex
Greetings.
I had to read some thigs about SER. I like configure a sip server but I don't know that I need.
I like to take calls (pc-phone)(ip phone-phone) from my customers, and resend them to a voip provider. and I need a billing system (preaid), to control my customers, I need to configure several rates for calls.
Can somebody tell me that I need to make this?
I'm sorry but my english isn't very well. (I speak spanish)
Atte,
Felipe Solano

Hello,
I'm seeing an increasing amount of spurious timeouts on my proxies.
Even though the proxy receives a "100 Trying" response immediately
after relaying the request, tm will send retransmits and times out
eventually. Below is a commented log snippet. The timeout occurs on
the proxy named 'balancer1'. Both are on the same host.
I verified that the 100 Trying response is received in a t_on_reply
block, so it is recognized by tm as belonging to a transaction.
When needed, I'll provide a debug log when it occurs again.
Meanwhile, any idea what is causing this?
This is on kamailio 1.5+svn5768

Greetings,

Hi all,
I have a problem with the Kamailio 1.5, if the DSYSLOG_ASYNC option is
set I receive no log messages on a lenny-64bit system(fresh installed).
Rsyslog is the standard log daemon in lenny.
If I start directly from the command line with -dd I receive log
messages.
Any hints or ideas what is going wrong here ?
The same option on a etch system works fine.
best regards and thanking you in anticipation
Torben
Hi!
I have a customer (service-provider) that want to implement redundant openSER type of solution.
On two locations (Europe and USA).
They need access to high level support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (by phone and remote-assistance via VPN).
Do you know of any companies that delivers this kind of service?
Anyone that has a list of companies that delivers solutions based on openSER?
As I'm only one man, I'm not able to do this by myself...... ;-)
Best regards,
Martin
