image missing in xmlrpc module doc

Hi, Was reading through the xmlrpc docs, could anybody with an access check why Figure "RPC Example" is missing from http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/devel/modules/xmlrpc.html#fig.rpc_example as well as 3.1 and 3.2 module docs? Thanks, Andrew

mi_xmlrpc not compiling on Solaris

How to do request URI rewrites using database tables?

Hi, can someone please recommend the most appropriate modules to rewrite R-URIs based on a database lookup table? I've read the documentation for lcr and carrierroute but not sure if they can do this. In most cases it will be a simple R-URI rewrite but I also need to rewrite based on From user. ie R-URI match From match new R-URI =========== ========== ========= *97(a)example.com 6[0-9](a)example.com *97(a)10.0.0.1 *97(a)example.com 7[0-9](a)example.com *97(a)10.0.0.2 6[0-9](a)example.com match any rewrite domain to 10.0.0.1 abc(a)example.com match any def(a)example.com Thanks Ben

Problems with TCP

Hi, our customers are using mostly UDP but some of them want to use TCP. The problem is, I get various TCP errors in kamailio log and I do not understand what they mean 1) ERROR: <core> [tcp_main.c:4130]: connect <customerIP:port> failed This means kamailio is trying to connect with TCP to the customer ?? 2) WARNING: tcp_do_connect <customerIP:port> : could not find corresponding listening socket for IPaddress , using default... ( where IPaddress is kamailio physical IP address) Kamailio has one virtual IP address (heartbeat IP address) and one physical. It listens on the virtual IP address but I do not understand why it is trying to use the physical IP address ? I was investigating this thing because the BYE message is not being relayed if the TCP is used (everytime the 2. error message is printed), so that's why I have to understand what it really means... And the last question, 3) If kamailio is relaying the traffic to the PSTN gateway, and the customer is using TCP, kamailio uses TCP as well for connecting to the PSTN gw. Is this behaviour normal ? I would expect that customer -- TCP --> kamailio --- UDP --> GW, and not customer -- TCP --> kamailio --- TCP --> GW, Thanks, Mino

Kamailio Asterisk Followup

Hello Sorry for another newbie question, but eventually with your "greatly appreciated" help I will get proficient in this application. After reading much RFC reading and docs for Kamailio I see where the benefits of using the sip proxy for registering devices while using asterisk for voicemail or ivr etc. has great benefit. I am not finding much on my end user interaction. If I use realtime integration and have multi domain use on kamailio, how do I allow the end user to configure their own IVR? Is it possible to use modules like the call flow control from freepbx and allow users to configure this themselves? Regards, Greg

strage result in math with $vars in 3.2.2

Hi, i am using some math to send to my NOC the memory usage of kamailio. this is what i do: $var(xxx)=$stat(real_used_size)*100/$stat(total_size) before the 3.2.2 upgrade, i usualy got regular results - 3,5,20 etc.... now, i get results like -8, -32 and so... any ideas why? here are the $stat numbers that gets me the -8 result: $stat(real_used_size)=31899516 $stat(total_size)=134217728

How to reload dispatcher destinations

Hi, is there any way how to reload dispatcher destinations (located in db) without restarting the kamailio when algorithm 10 (call load balancing) is used ? I read in documentation, that this command is disabled when this algorithm is used. Thanks, Mino

dear friends: I'm using the kamailio as my sip server and it has a public ip. There are two nac: A and B, A has a privite ip, B has a privite ip that is seted with VPN . And now, A can register successfully, but B can't . I want A to connect B and trans information. I don't know why , I hope you can help me.
